Thank you for visiting the SupportME Web site (the "Site"). SupportME was set up by a recovering sufferer, with the aim of creating an online resource for people with ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)/CFIDS (Chronic Immune Dysfunction Syndrome). The site, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offers a wide-range of resources to cater for the needs of fellow sufferers. These include information on the condition (news, research updates…); discussion forums; a library of research articles on the condition; an online retail store selling more affordable nutritional supplements and health books; as well as many other features. SupportME and associated organisations ("we, us, our, ourselves") want each person visiting the Site ("you") to have a safe and beneficial visit. Consequently, we have drawn up the following terms and conditions so that there is no misunderstanding between us (us and you) as to what is being offered – as well as protecting ourselves from the more litigiously-minded! As a user of the Site you accept to be bound by the terms set forth herein. SupportME reserves the right to make modifications to the Site, these Terms of Use, or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the Site at any time. We invite you to review the Site and these terms periodically so that you are aware of any updates or changes. It will be automatically presumed that any further access or use of the Site will be interpreted as your acceptance of these changes and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes.
