SupportME was set up by a recovering sufferer, with the aim of creating an online resource for people with ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)/CFIDS (Chronic Immune Dysfunction Syndrome). The site, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offers a wide-range of resources to cater for the needs of fellow sufferers. These include information on the condition (news, research updates…); discussion forums; a library of research articles on the condition; an online retail store selling more affordable nutritional supplements and health books; as well as many other features.

SupportME and associated organisations ("we, us, our, ourselves") want each person visiting the Site ("you") to have a safe and beneficial visit. Consequently, we have drawn up the following terms and conditions so that there is no misunderstanding between us (us and you) as to what is being offered – as well as protecting ourselves from the more litigiously-minded! Message Boards & Chat Rooms

You alone are responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences of any such messages. SupportME reserves the right to terminate your registration if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating any of the following guidelines. Any use by you of any other subscriber's information, personal or otherwise, for any commercial purpose or to obtain direct financial gain (e.g. mass marketing) is prohibited. The Contract and these Conditions shall be under English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts if there are any disputes between them of any kind.

OUR RIGHTS

We may decide to electronically monitor areas of the Site. We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring the content of the Web site. If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from the Site. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of damage or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery or, if the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when the Supplier has tried to deliver the Goods.

Title in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery of the Goods.

The site owners have the right to cancel any order at their discretion and refund the amount to the buyer.

ORDERS AND QUOTES

In accepting a quote or submitting an order for the Goods the Buyer acknowledges that:

All information and specifications relating to the Goods and any material produced by the Supplier are approximate only, with the packaging of some products being used for illustration purposes only; and the limitations of monitor capabilities and of printers mean that the colour of the products on the Web Site may vary from the Goods supplied to the Buyer under the Contract.

Any error in any quote, sales literature or other document or information issued by the Supplier or placed upon the Web Site may be corrected without any liability to the Supplier.

The Supplier may make any changes in the specification of the Goods to conform with any statutory or European Union requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to the Supplier's specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
