Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you need to remove any items from your basket, simply click on the shopping basket icon and you you can add and delete items from your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe, or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling We operate a fast and efficient service where we endeavour to ship the majority of all products, provided they are in stock, within 48-72 WORKING hours (Monday-Friday) of receipt of order. However, please note that this is subject to stock, our supply chain and other issues and may thus take slightly longer, particularly if the UK Royal Mail postal system is experiencing delays as at present as a result of extra security checks following September 11th.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS: As an approximate guide, the majority of all nutritional supplements over £30.00 PER SUPPLIER (e.g. Biocare) are shipped free of charge within the UK, with the exception of some products like Enada NADH which are currently shipped free of charge for UK orders over £14.99. Postage costs may vary per product and per supplier.

Please note that all of our shipping is at cost price from what our suppliers and the Royal Mail charge both for the UK and Internationally and that some goods may arrive separately.

Delivery Schedule We pride ourselves on a rapid turnaround for all orders. We aim to normally send your order to you in 2-4 business days. Please note that this is meant ot serve only as a rough guide and does not represent a guarantee of service, as if we are waiting for stock or other conditions it may be slightly longer or shorter.

International orders are despatched by airmail and are generally received in under 7-10 days (but again this may be slightly longer or shorter depending on the speed of the Royal Mail postal service and these timings are only serve as a rough guide.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Prices currently are inclusive of all UK sales taxes (VAT).
